CWA/AT&T BARGAINING REPORT #13

This report is for Thursday, March 12, 2009. Both Subcommittees met this morning to continue bargaining. Discussions continued pertaining to Upgrades, MOA’s, Temporary/Full Time Employees and Premise Technicians. Unfortunately, there is no progress to report.
This afternoon, CWA and AT&T met in Full Committee. The Company provided information on Contractors in Consumer. The Union requested clarification from the Company Chair pertaining to his authority to settle the contract. Union Bargaining Committee members also questioned the Company on other issues pertaining to bargaining.
LET’S STEP UP OUR MOBILIZATION
